- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)

What you’ll gain:
Application Process
Register your interest, and our friendly onboarding team will give you a call to guide you through our application questionnaire. This will help us ensure that this course is the perfect fit for you.
Once you've completed the questionnaire and provided any additional information required, our friendly onboarding team will be in touch to let you know if you've qualified for the course.
Training
Once qualified, we'll be back in touch to discuss when you'll begin training.
For the first 8 weeks, your training will be held via online classroom webinar with your Skills Coach.
Webinars are held between Tuesdays and Fridays, and start at either 8:45AM or 1PM. Each session lasts 3.5 hours, during which you’ll cover topics such as:
Theory Tests, Driver Hours, the Security of Vehicle Loading, Vulnerable Road Users, and lots more!
Practical Training & Completion
Our Central Bookings Team will also be in touch to set up your practical training. Depending on the course selected, this typically spans 5-8 working days and includes all practice hours plus your final test.
Once you've earned your HGV licence, our Careers Coach will guide you through CV creation and interview prep. They'll also strive to help you land a job within six months of passing your test!
